How It Works
If you have an issue that can't be resolved through your employers standard complaint system, or if you don't feel comfortable going directly to your line manager, our Independent Complaint Systems will be there to help resolve any problems you may have.
The Independent Complaint System is completely unbiased, providing a respectful and neutral stance on all issues. Any advice, mediation or resolutions given will be based on employment legislation and caselaw and will not necessarily favour the employer.
We will confidentially deal with your complaint as much as possible, and advise in a fair and unbiased way to ensure that your working environment is safe and enjoyable as it can be.
